ContractPower’s Multi-Doc functionality is designed to streamline regulatory and contract analysis by letting users search across multiple documents at once. This feature is especially useful when working with regulations or comparing clauses—such as indemnification terms or pricing structures—across different agreements or regulatory filings.

The system begins by semantically searching each document independently, identifying relevant sections using AI-powered retrieval. It then synthesizes the results into a single, easy-to-read output that highlights key differences or commonalities. This makes it ideal for in-depth Q&A, clause comparisons, or regulatory reviews.

How to Use It:

• Start by selecting your user profile and role on the top right hand corner, which helps tailor the experience to your workflow. (1)
• On the left sidebar, you can switch between documents. (2)
• Each answer is annotated with source links, so you can see exactly where the information came from within each document. (3)
• Choose to sort sources by chronological order (to track evolution) or by relevance to your question. (4)
• The PowerReg integration ensures that answers to regulatory questions are backed by the most recent and accurate ISO tariff language. We track all ISO tariffs and BPM’s, and to find it you can click the down arrow where you would find your contracts and search for the PowerReg folder.
• A human-in-the-loop approach is always present—giving you confidence that you can verify, audit, or annotate responses as needed.
